Visiting Artist Program

As a component of the NSF-CAREER award the Corwin lab is running a visiting artist program which aims to tell the story of science and scientists from the inside out.   Artists will become embedded into the Corwin Physics Lab for a period of time where s/he will function side-by-side with research scientists, participating in every aspect of life in the lab. Working alongside researchers in the same space, the artist will create work that responds to the world of science as it is, in all of its complexity and humanity.

Brooklyn based Audra Woloweic was our inaugural artist, resident from Late July to the end of August, 2014.  For a record of her experience please visit complex-systems.tumblr.com.
